協助管理項目，以支援基金的推廣、運作、監管和評估工作，以及依據指示執行其他與基金運作有關的職務。主要職責包括：
- (a)協助基金整體營運的規劃和運作；
- (b)處理和評審申請計劃書，並監察受資助計劃項目的進度，以及定期進行實地視察；
- (c)整合有效建立社會資本策略的經驗，並向準申請者和受資助機構提供意見；
- (d)建立和維繫有助基金運作的友好關係和妥善網絡；
- (e)籌辦推廣活動／公開簡報會；以及

Project Officer [Community Investment and Inclusion Fund (CIIF)]

職責
To provide project management assistance to support the promotion, operation, monitoring and evaluation of the CIIF and undertake any other duties pertinent to the operation of the CIIF as directed. Main duties are:
- (a)to assist in the planning and operation of the entire CIIF operation;
- (b)to process and assess proposals, monitor progress of funded projects and render site visits regularly;
- (c)to consolidate the experience of effective strategies in building social capital and provide advice to prospective applicants and grantees;
- (d)to develop and maintain productive relationships and appropriate networks in support of the CIIF operation;
- (e)to organise promotional events/ public briefings; and
- (f)to provide support to the CIIF Committee and Sub-Committees and the CIIF Secretariat as and when necessary.

- (a)已根據《社會工作者註冊條例》（第505章）註冊為註冊社會工作者（第1類）；
- (b)
- (i)持有本港大學社會科學學位，並以社會工作為主修科目，或具備同等學歷；或
- (ii)持有本港大學學位（除上述(i)項外），或具備同等學歷，並已在認可院校修畢認可的社會工作研究生課程，或具備同等學歷；或
- (iii)持有本港大學學位（除上述(i)項外），或具備同等學歷，並持有認可院校的認可社會工作碩士學位，或具備同等學歷；
- (c)於取得學位後有最少4年全職工作經驗，尤以具備計劃管理、推行社會資本及／或社區發展計劃和處理基金撥款資助計劃經驗者為佳[參閱註 (1)]；
- (d)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2等級[參閱註 (2)]或以上成績，或具同等成績；
- (e)具實務知識和管理能力，從而評審、監管及評估社區計劃；
- (f)具備良好的分析能力及衡量成效的知識；
- (g)具備良好溝通技巧(包括書寫和會話)，擅於處理與各類非政府和本地社區團體及公眾的關係；
- (h)具備應用電腦軟件（包括MS Word (英文及中文版本)及Excel）的知識，以及使用電腦處理數據；以及
- (i)認識政府、非政府機構、公共機構及／或半政府機構的運作程序。
Candidate should have:
- (a)registered as registered social workers (category 1) under the Social Workers Registration Ordinance (Chapter 505);
- (b)
- (i)have a degree in Social Science majoring in social work from a Hong Kong University, or equivalent; or
- (ii)have a degree (other than
- (i)above), or equivalent, and have successfully completed an approved post-graduate programme in social work, or equivalent, from an approved institution; or
- (iii)have a degree (other than
- (i)above), or equivalent, and a recognised Master degeee in social work, or equivalent, from an approved institution;
- (c)at least 4 years’ post-degree full-time working experience, preferably in project management, implementation of social capital and/ or community development projects and in operating funding schemes which provide grants to support projects [See Note (1)];
- (d)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 [ See Note (2)] or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent;
- (e)practical knowledge of, and competencies in assessing, monitoring and evaluating community projects;
- (f)good analytical ability and knowledge of outcome measurement;
- (g)good communication (both written and spoken) and interpersonal skills in dealing with a wide spectrum of non-governmental and local community organizations and the public;
- (h)knowledge of computer software applications including MS Word, (English and Chinese), Excel, and use of computer in database management; and
- (i)knowledge of the operating processes of government, non-governmental organizations, public bodies and/ or quasi-government bodies.
