Mainly deployed to perform any or all of the following areas of work:

• (a)general administration;
• (b)human resource management;
• (c)financial resource control and management;
• (d)information technology, office information systems planning, administration and management; and
• (e)other duties including office/workshop relocation work, committee work, records management, etc.

Candidates should have –

• (i)a bachelor's degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
• (ii)at least two years' post-qualification working experience in a management related field, e.g. in the areas of purchasing and supplies, office administration and management, or human resource management;

AND

• (iii)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in English Language and Level 2 or above in Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note (1)].
