• (a)assist in supervising workflows in a complex broadcast environment;
• (b)assist in supervising Broadcast Services Contracts, overseeing contractors’ compliances / performances, checking contractors’ records, verifying payments;
• (c)review operational efficiency and initiate improvements;
• (d)compile operations budgets and forecasts;
• (e)co-ordinate with users and external contractors on production requirements and attend to all large-scale shows;
• (f)supervise assets management; and
• (g)perform various administrative duties as assigned.

Candidates should have -

• (a)a Hong Kong degree in Journalism & Communication / Operations Management / Business Administration, or equivalent; and 4 years’ hands-on experience in operations management or project management; AND
• (b)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination, or equivalent [See Note (1)].

Candidates who -

• (i)are strong at operations supervision, project planning and control;
• (ii)have excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• (iii)have experience in Radio / TV broadcasting;
• (iv)are self-motivated and attentive to details; and
• (v)have strong interpersonal skills and is able to work under pressure

will have an advantage.
