- (b)協助監察資料的搜集和輸入；
- (c)為活動安排後勤工作，如準備探訪學校的時間表及焦點小組討論等，並協助籌辦交流會/研討會及準備簡報等工作；
- (d)協助準備報告及其他相關文件；
- (e)與其他部門及專家協調，為特殊教育需要統籌主任及參與計劃的學校提供專業支援及培訓；以及
- (f)執行其他相關工作。

職責
- (a)To assist in developing/adapting evaluation tools for the collection of quantitative and qualitative data for evaluation of the pilot project on special educational needs coordinator (SENCO);
- (b)To assist in monitoring the input and processing of quantitative and qualitative data collected for analysis;
- (c)To make logistic arrangements for all activities under the pilot project, such as preparing work schedules of school visits, focus group discussions, etc. and asist in preparing sharing sessions/seminars and PowerPoint presentation, etc.;
- (d)To assist in preparing reports and documents as required;
- (e)To coordinate with other sections and the consultants for the training and professional support for SENCOs and the participating schools; and
- (f)To perform any other duties as and when required.
入職條件
- (a)持有本港頒授的學士學位或同等學歷；
- (b)持有本港專上學院頒授的教育文憑或同等學歷；
- (c)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級[參閱註]或以上成績，或具備同等成績；
- (d)取得學位後，具備不少於四年從事教學/教育行政/研究工作經驗；
- (e)(i)具有特殊教育需要學生發展支援項目的工作經驗者；及/或
- (ii)具備特殊教育訓練者可獲優先考慮；
- (f)處事盡責、積極主動、對工作有熱誠；
- (g)中、英文書寫及會話能力良好；
- (h)具良好的分析、組織及溝通能力；以及
- (i)能夠獨立或與團隊合作，根據計劃的進度去籌劃、協調和執行相關的工作。
- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree or equivalent;
- (b)A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent;
- (c)Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 (See Note) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
- (d)At least four years' relevant post-degree experience in teaching/educational administration/research;
- (e)Preference will be given to candidates who have
- (i)proven experience of programme development related to supporting students with special educational needs; and/or
- (ii)relevant training in special education;
- (f)Be responsible, self-motivated and enthusiastic;
- (g)Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English;
- (h)Good analytical, organisation and communication skills; and
- (i)Able to work independently and as a team to meet requirements and schedule in planning, coordinating and implementing programmes.
入職條件(註)
政府在聘任時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
