- (a)協助舉辦有關生涯規劃教育或商校合作計劃的訓練、研討會及宣傳活動；
- (b)就生涯規劃教育或商校合作計劃的相關事宜與相關政府部門、非政府組織 (NGO) 及工商界聯繫；
- (c)為升學及就業輔導組的專題項目及宣傳計劃提供支援；
- (d)撰寫與生涯規劃教育或商校合作計劃有關的公函、新聞稿、講稿、文章、簡報材料等等；
- (e)協助監管為有特殊學習困難及非華語中學生提供與就業相關的經歷的外判先導計劃；
- (f)協助開發及更新網站；以及
- (g)處理有關生涯規劃教育或商校合作計劃的查詢及完成其他由上司委派的工作。

職責
- (a)To assist in organizing training, seminars, and publicity activities in relation to promoting life planning education or Business-School Partnership Programmes (BSPP) to different stakeholders;
- (b)To assist in liaising with relevant government departments, non-governmental organisations and business sector on matters related to life planning education or BSPP;
- (c)To provide support for the project based events and media plan of the Career Guidance Section;
- (d)To prepare letters, press releases, speeches, write-up, presentation materials, etc. for matters related to life planning education or BSPP as and when required;
- (e)To assist in overseeing this outsourced projects on Providing Career-related experiences for Students with Special Learning Difficulties and Non-Chinse Speaking Students in secondary schools;
- (f)To assist in the development and update of websites; and
- (g)To answer public enquiries in relation to life planning education or BSPP and perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
入職條件
- (a)持有本港頒授的學士學位及由香港專上教育機構頒授的教育證書，或具備同等學歷；持有與教育有關的高級學位的申請人可獲優先考慮；
- (b)具備優良的中、英文寫作能力及良好的英語和廣東話口語能力；以及
- (c)於取得學位後，在教育方面具有不少於十二年的工作經驗，其中最少有五年在本港中學中提供升學及就業輔導建議的經驗或在相關機構從事行政及項目管理的經驗。
- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree and a certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent; a higher degree in education preferred;
- (b)Very good command of written English and Chinese; oral proficiency in English and Cantonese is essential; and
- (c)At least 12 years' post-degree experience in education, of which at least 5 years should be career guidance at secondary school or administration and project management in relevant organization.
