職責
助理評稅主任負責處理由稅務局執行與稅務條例有關的評稅及／或收稅及／或其他工作。
An Assistant Assessor is mainly deployed on assessment and / or collection of taxes and / or undertaking other duties under the Ordinances administered by the Department.
入職條件
申請人須(a)(i)持有本港會計學學位、或其他學位而會計學須為所修學科之一，或同等學歷；或(a)(ii)為香港會計師公會專業資格課程的註冊學生，或同等學歷；(b)在綜合招聘考試的能力傾向測試試卷獲取及格成績；(c)在綜合招聘考試的兩張語文試卷(中文運用及英文運用)中取得「二級」成績，或同等資格；及(d)能操流利粵語及英語。助理評稅主任筆試：符合上述入職條件的申請人必須參加助理評稅主任筆試並取得合格成績，該筆試暫擬定於2016年1月中旬舉行。獲邀參加筆試的申請人將於2016年1月初前接到通知，通知日期需視乎舉行筆試的確實日期而擬定。筆試結果會用作甄選申請人參加遴選面試之用途，該面試暫擬定於2016年3月舉行。由於審核申請人的資格需時，申請人獲邀參加筆試並不表示他們已符合助理評稅主任職位的入職條件。備註：(i)具備上述入職條件(a)(i)項學歷的人士，應在申請書上詳細列明主修科目及選修的會計科目。(ii)現時並未具備上述(a)(i)項學歷但將於2016年6月考取所需學歷的人士亦可申請；但有關申請人須在取得所需學歷資格後方會獲考慮受聘。
Candidates should (a) (i) have a Hong Kong degree in accountancy, or in another field with accountancy as one of the subjects being studied, or equivalent; or (a) (ii) be a registered student of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) Qualification Programme, or equivalent; (b) have a pass in the Aptitude Test (AT) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE); (c) have met the language proficiency requirements of ‘Level 2’ results in the two language papers [Use of Chinese (UC) and Use of English (UE)] in the CRE, or equivalent; and (d) be able to speak fluent Cantonese and English. Assistant Assessor Written Examination : Candidates who meet the entry requirements are required to sit for and pass the written examination to be held tentatively in mid-January 2016. Candidates who are invited to attend the examination will normally receive an invitation by early January 2016 subject to the actual date on which the examination will be held. The results of the written examination will be used for considering candidates for the selection interviews, which are tentatively scheduled for March 2016. As it takes time to verify candidates’ qualifications, an invitation to the examination does not imply that their qualifications meet the entry requirements of the Assistant Assessor post. Remarks : (i) Candidates with the qualification stipulated at the entry requirements (a)(i) above should specify clearly in the application forms their major area of studies and the accountancy subjects studied. (ii) Candidates without the requisite academic qualification stated at entry requirements (a)(i) above for the time being, but are undergoing further studies with a view to obtaining the requisite qualification by June 2016 may also apply. However, they will only be considered for appointment subject to the requisite qualification obtained.
入職條件(註)
備註：(iii)如未曾取得所需的綜合招聘考試成績或同等資格，但符合其他入職條件，並將於2015年12月5日參加在香港以外的七個城市舉行的「綜合招聘考試及／或基本法測試」的人士也可申請。申請人須在申請表格列明將會在上述考試報考的試卷。申請人必須在取得所需綜合招聘考試及／或基本法測試成績後及於助理評稅主任筆試舉行前，將成績的副本寄交下述招聘地址。(a)能力傾向測試的考生成績分為及格或不及格。(b)綜合招聘考試的中文運用及英文運用試卷的成績則分為「二級」、「一級」或「不及格」，並以「二級」為最高等級。(c)政府在聘任公務員時，香港中學文憑考試中國語文科「第5級」或以上成績；或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科「C級」或以上的成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的「二級」成績。香港中學文憑考試中國語文科「第4級」成績；或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科「D級」的成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的「一級」成績。香港中學文憑考試英國語文科「第5級」或以上成績；或香港高級程度會考英語運用科「C級」或以上成績；或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level)(GCE A Level) English Language科「C級」或以上成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。香港中學文憑考試英國語文科「第4級」成績；或香港高級程度會考英語運用科「D級」成績；或GCE A Level English Language科「D級」成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「一級」成績。(d)在International English Language Testing System (IELTS)學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上，並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的成績的人士，在IELTS考試成績的兩年有效期內，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。IELTS考試成績必須在職位開始申請期內其中任何一日有效。(e)為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣，政府會測試應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》知識。申請人在基本法測試的表現會佔其整體表現的一個適當比重。
