(1)To assist in conduct of voter registration exercise and carrying out election-related duties; (2)To conduct site inspection for the delineation of electoral boundaries; (3)To assist in the organization of community involvement projects and district activities, handling community affairs and follow-up on District Council’s funding applications; (4)To provide clerical and secretarial support for the Committees / Working Groups under the District Council; (5)To assist in inspection of district facilities and management of community halls and community centres; (6)To handle enquiries and complaints; and (7)To carry out any other duties as assigned by senior officers.

(1)(i)Level 2 or equivalent (Note (a)) or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (Note (b)), or equivalent; or (ii)Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination(HKCEE) (Note (b)), or equivalent; (2)Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 (Note (c)) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent; and (3)Preference may be given to candidates who are familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing, and who have relevant working experience.
