• 1.To assist in organizing and promoting community involvement projects and youth programmes;
• 2.To provide clerical and secretarial support in the organization of community involvement campaigns and projects;
• 3.To provide clerical and secretarial support for the Committees/Working Groups under District Councils; and
• 4.Other related duties as and when required.

Candidates shall –

• (a)have Level 2 or equivalent (Note 1) or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (Note 2) or equivalent; or Level 2 (Note 3) / Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (Note 2) or equivalent;
• (b)have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 (Note 3) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent;
• (c)be able to speak fluent Cantonese and write Chinese and English; and
• (d)be proficient in Chinese and English computer word processing.

Candidates should have work experience; be familiar with the operation of computer (including general word processing, MS Word, Excel, PPT, etc.); speak fluent Cantonese and are able to write general Chinese and English messages. Priority will be given to those who are familiar with Tuen Mun or possess higher academic qualification and are able to speak other Chinese dialects. Chinese typing test will be required during the interview.
