- (1)負責消防處通訊刊物《精英專訊》的設計和美術稿件工作；
- (2)協助製作記者招待會、各類活動、展覽、展示和視聽簡介會的宣傳物品和印製刊物如年報等；
- (3)協助保管和備存消防處新聞組的器材和設計及美術稿件檔案庫；以及
- (4)執行上司指派的其他職務。
職責
- (1)To prepare design and artwork of Fire Services Department’s (FSD) newsletter “Elite”;
- (2)To assist in the production of a wide range of publicity materials for press conferences and various events, exhibitions, displays and audio-visual presentations as well as publications such as Annual Review;
- (3)To assist in the safekeeping and maintenance of equipment and archives of design and artwork in the Information Unit of FSD; and
- (4)To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
入職條件
申請人必須－
- (1)持有本港大專院校頒發的設計或相關科目認可副學士學位／高級文憑，或具備同等學歷；
- (2)最少有三年於平面設計或在廣告設計公司擔任全職美術師／設計師的相關工作經驗；
- (3)在香港中學會考或香港中學文憑考試中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具備同等學歷；
- (4)具相關知識並能熟練運用Mac電腦軟件，例如Creative Suite 6 Design Standard (包括Illustrator、Photoshop、InDesign和Acrobat)、Microsoft Word、PowerPoint、Excel和3D；以及
- (5)能以中文和英文作有效溝通。
The candidate should -
- (1)have an accredited associate degree / higher diploma in design or relevant subjects from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent;
- (2)have at least three years’ relevant experience in graphic or advertising design agency as full-time artist / designer;
- (3)have obtained Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination, or equivalent (see Note);
- (4)have knowledge and be competent in using Mac software such as Creative Suite 6 Design Standard (including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat), Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and 3D; and
- (5)be able to communicate effectively in Chinese and English.
入職條件(註)
就聘任而言，2007年之前香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)的「C」級和「E」級成績，在行政上分別獲接納為等同2007年或以後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科「第3級」和「第2級」成績。
