職責
執行一般文書工作,包括輸入資料、檔案處理、協助擬備日常文件和編製統計報告,以及處理電話查詢等。
(備註: 或須不定時工作。)
To perform general clerical work, including data input, filing, assisting in drafting routine documents and compiling statistical reports, and handling telephone enquiries, etc.
(Remarks : May be required to work irregular hours.)
入職條件
(a) 香港中學會考或香港中學文憑考試中國語文科和英國語文科達第2等級或以上,並另有三科成績達第2等級/E級或以上(參閱註);
(b) 具良好的溝通及組織能力;
(c) 具良好電腦知識(包括MS WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT) 及中、英文字處理;以及
(d) 最少有二年在政府的有關文書工作經驗。
(a) Candidates should have Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language together with three other subjects at Level 2/ Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (See Notes);
(b) Good communication and organization skills;
(c) Good computer knowledge (including MS WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT) and good Chinese and English word-processing skills; and
(d) A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience of clerical work in the government.
入職條件(註)
過往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級的成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或以後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3等級和第2等級的成績。
