- (a)協助處理工務計劃以及公共行人天橋、高架行人路和隧道加裝「人人暢道通行」設施的行政、財務、法例和採購程序事宜；
- (b)管理「人人暢道通行」工程項目的顧問和建築合約；
- (c)為「人人暢道通行」工程項目的設計和建造提供工程支援；
- (d)就「人人暢道通行」工程項目的推展與顧問公司、承建商、相關政府部門和其他有關人士聯絡；
- (e)協助處理與「人人暢道通行」工程項目相關的公關、公眾諮詢與參與、市民查詢和訴求及地區事宜；以及
- (f)執行高級人員所委派的任何其他工作。
職責
- (a)To assist in handling Public Works Programme, administration, financial, statutory and procurement procedures for retrofitting of universal accessibility (UA) facilities at public footbridges, elevated walkways and subways;
- (b)To manage consultancies and construction contracts for the UA projects;
- (c)To provide engineering support in the design and construction of the UA projects;
- (d)To liaise with consultants, contractors, government departments and other concerned parties on taking forward the UA projects;
- (e)To assist in handling public relation, public consultation and engagement, public enquiries and requests, and district matters associated with the UA projects; and
- (f)To carry out any other duties assigned by senior officers.
入職條件
申請人必須：(a)具備香港工程師學會（土木界別）於1975年12月5日後選取的正式會員或同等資格(註1)；(b)在獲得(a)項的資格後，至少有10年相關工作經驗，當中須包括最少5年擔任工程管理職位；(c)在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具同等成績(註2)。
Candidates should
- (a)possess Corporate Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Civil Discipline) elected after 5 December 1975, or equivalent (Note 1);
- (b)have at least 10 years' post-qualification working experience including at least 5 years' experience of working in project management positions; and
- (c)have attained Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or equivalent (Note 2).

- (1)申請人如只持有非本地專業資格，應提交所需證明文件，證明該等資格等同本地有關專業資格，例如提供證據，證明申請人的資格在截止申請日期之前，已獲香港工程師學會接納為正式會員（土木界別）。 (2)過往的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（課程乙）「C級」和「E級」成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年及之後的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科「第3級」和「第2級」成績。
