職責
(1) 裝卸/捆紮/運送郵件及郵袋;
(2) 協助操作機械揀信機或與信件有關之機械及蓋印工作;
(3) 擔任信差職務(包括室內/外派送和收取郵件) ;
(4) 於戶內/外搬運和裝卸重物、跟車送貨;
(5) 整理場地及淸潔工作;以及
(6) 執行由上司指派的其他工作。
註:
(a) 工作地點 : 香港、九龍及新界各區
(b) 工作時間:
• 上午6時30分至晚上8時之間的8小時(月薪)
• 上午6時至下午1時30分之間的3至6小時(時薪)
(c) 工作時數:
• 月薪制僱員每周基本工作48小時,每天工作8小時(包括每天1小時的用膳時間)。
• 時薪制僱員每周工作18至36小時(不包括用膳時間)。
(d) 工作地點及時間會因運作需要而有所改變,獲聘用者須輪班、不定時及/或逾時工作。如在個別日子有運作需要,或另須在星期日及/或公眾假期當值。
(1) To load and unload/bundle up/dispatch mail items and mail bags;
(2) To assist in operating mechanised letter sorting machines or other mail processing machines, and date-stamping;
(3) To perform messenger duties (including indoor/outdoor delivery and collection of mail items);
(4) To convey, load and unload bulky items in indoor or outdoor areas, and deliver goods by vehicles;
(5) To tidy venues and perform cleaning duties; and
(6) To undertake duties assigned by supervisors.
Note :
(a) Work Location : Any regions in Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories
(b) Working Time :
• 8 hours between 6:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. (for monthly-rated positions)
• 3 to 6 hours between 6 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. (for hourly-rated positions)
(c) Working Hours :
• For monthly-rated workers, the basic working hours are 48 hours gross per week (8 hours per day, including one-hour meal break per day).
• For hourly-rated workers, the normal working hours are from 18 to 36 hours gross per week (meal time excluded).
(d) The working location and time may vary according to the operational needs of the Department. Workers are required to work shifts, in irregular hours and/or overtime. Workers may be required to be on duty on Sundays and/or public holidays on certain occasions, depending on the operational needs.

申請人須:
(1) 具備閱讀及書寫簡單中文及英文的能力;及
(2) 通過體能測試,能夠搬起及運送一個郵袋。
Applicants should:
(1) be able to read and write simple Chinese and English; and
(2) pass a fitness test of lifting and carrying a mail bag from one place to another.
