• (a)to assist in organizing and implementing seminars, exchange programmes and other activities under the cooperation framework of Bay Area Development and Guangdong/Hong Kong Expert Group on the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights; <br>
• (b)to assist in planning and coordinating publicity events such as exhibitions, conferences and other activities on promoting intellectual property (IP) trading held in Hong Kong and/or in the Mainland; <br>
• (c)to collaborate and liaise with Mainland authorities, other government departments, IP right-holders and professional bodies in organizing cooperation events and activities; and <br>
• (d)to receive visitors and to attend to the related logistical arrangements, conduct researches, prepare meeting notes and other written materials on IP subjects.

Candidates should have - <br>

• (a)a bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent; <br>
• (b)a very good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua, and written Chinese and English; <br>
• (c)at least five years’ post-degree working experience in public relations, marketing, advertising or event management, experience in handling publicity events in the Mainland will be an advantage; <br>
• (d)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; and <br>
• (e)good knowledge in usual office software applications; knowledge of Chinese word processing will be an advantage.
