- (a)協助多層大廈現有之互助委員會及業主立案法團增進對環境問題及公共事務之興趣，以及組織該等委員會與法團之會員，成立幹練之社團小組，從事社區工作； <br>
- (b)在各類多層大廈，鄉村或團體協助成立互助委員會及業主立案法團； <br>
- (c)鼓勵及協助多層大廈之互助委員會成立多層業主立案法團等永久性團體； <br>
- (d)依照民政事務處職員之指示，保存完備之工作紀錄； <br>
- (e)協助互助委員會之註冊事宜； <br>
- (f)在有需要時，協助民政事務處職員解決有關樓宇管理之問題； <br>
- (g)依照民政事務專員／民政事務助理專員之指示，鼓勵市民參與撲滅罪行運動，清潔香港運動及其他運動； <br>
- (h)在有需要時，協助進行調查研究工作； <br>
- (i)轉達市民之意見及反應； <br>
- (j)協助推行社區中心及社區會堂之活動及其管理工作； <br>
- (k)協助解答市民查詢；及 <br>
- (l)處理任何其他指定之適當工作。
職責
- (a)To assist existing Mutual Aid Committees and Owners Corporations in multi-storey buildings in furthering their interests in environmental problems and public affairs and organising members to form effective social groups for community work; <br>
- (b)To assist in the formation of Mutual Aid Committees/Owners Corporations in multi-storey buildings, villages or among groups of people; <br>
- (c)To encourage and assist Mutual Aid Committees in multi-storey buildings to form themselves into permanent bodies such as Multi-storey Building Owners Corporations; <br>
- (d)To keep comprehensive work records under the instructions and guidance of District Office staff; <br>
- (e)To assist in the registration of Mutual Aid Committees; <br>
- (f)To assist District Office staff in resolving matters relating to building management when required; <br>
- (g)To promote community involvement in the Fight Crime Campaign, Clean Hong Kong Campaign and other campaigns in such manner as directed by the District Officer/Assistant District Officer; <br>
- (h)To assist in surveys as and when required; <br>
- (i)To provide feedback and sound out public opinion; <br>
- (j)To assist in the supervision of activities and management of community centres and halls; <br>
- (k)To answer public enquiries; and <br>
- (l)To handle any other appropriate duties assigned.
入職條件
- (a)
- (i)在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第2級或同等或以上成績，或具同等學歷；或 <br>
- (ii)在香港中學會考五科考獲第2級／E級或以上成績，或具同等學歷；及 <br>
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具同等成績。(註：上述(a)項的科目可 <br>包括中國語文科及英國語文科。)
- (a)
- (i)Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent; or <br>
- (ii)Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; and <br>
- (b)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent.
Note:
The subjects in (a) above may include Chinese Language and English Language.

- (1)香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績，以及其他語言科目C級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績；香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。 <br>(2)有關科目可包括中國語文及英國語文科。 <br>(3)2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
