- (a)協助土地註冊處法律事務部就接獲的文書可否根據《土地註冊條例》註冊的事宜提供法律意見，並協助土地註冊處的日常運作工作；以及 <br>
- (b)進行法律研究。
職責
- (a)assist the Legal Services Division of the Land Registry in providing legal advice on registrability of instruments under the Land Registration Ordinance and daily operation of the Land Registry; and <br>
- (b)conduct legal research.
入職條件
- (a)現時為本地或海外專上院校修讀全日制法學士學位課程的學生； <br>
- (b)已修畢二年級或以上課程，包括土地法科目； <br>
- (c)具備良好中英文書寫及口語能力； <br>
- (d)熟悉文書處理和一般電腦應用知識；以及 <br>
- (e)具備良好的研究技巧。
- (a)be students currently enrolled in full-time Bachelor of Laws degree programme (LLB) offered by local/overseas post-secondary institutions; <br>
- (b)have completed the second year of study or above including Land Law courses; <br>
- (c)have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; <br>
- (d)possess good research skills; and <br>
- (e)have good knowledge of word processing and general PC applications.
