農場管理監督主要負責以下職務(a)進行農作物和農用設備的評估工作，以便計算有關徵地和作物損害的特惠補助金；(b)進行農作物和農用設備的市場調查；以便計算特惠補助金;(c)編製農作物和農用設備的評估表；(d)對擬議徵地項目進行初步實地視察；(e)進行實地調查，以提供本地植物的生長特徵和數據資料，以及；(f)執行上級派遣的其他職務。
職責
Farm Management Supervisor is mainly deployed on
- (a)conducting assessment on values of crops and farm equipment for ex-gratia payment purpose in connection with land resumption and crop damage for compensation purpose;
- (b)conducting market survey on values of crops and farm equipment for ex-gratia payment purposes;
- (c)preparing assessment schedules for crops and farm equipment;
- (d)conducting preliminary field inspection on proposed land resumption project;
- (e)conducting field survey with a view to providing data and information on botanical features of local crops; and
- (f)performing any other duties as required by supervisors.
入職條件
農場管理監督必須(a)持有本港大學所頒發的應用或自然科學／農業／農業經濟學／經濟學／地理／統計學／資訊科技或相關科目的文憑或高級證書，或具同等學歷;(b)具備最少六年相關工作經驗; 及(c)符合語文能力要求即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考達第二級或以上成績，或具同等成績。
A Farm Management Supervisor should have
- (a)a diploma or higher certificate in Applied or Natural Science / Agriculture / Agricultural Economics / Economics / Geography / Statistics / Information and Technology or a related subject from a Hong Kong University or equivalent;
- (b)at least six years' relevant working experience; and
- (c)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent.

- (1)2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) E級成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績。
- (2)如熟悉電腦軟件包括MS Word、MS Excel、MS PowerPoint、MS Access 及中文輸入法，或有數據處理經驗，將獲優先考慮。
