• 1.To assist in conducting research and preparing research papers on public policies;
• 2.To assist in preparing articles such as blogs, briefs, speeches and other publicity materials;
• 3.To assist in managing social media platform;
• 4.To assist in liaising with Government bureaux/ departments, community organisations, and other stakeholders, as appropriate; and
• 5.To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Candidates should have-

• (a)a bachelor degree in social sciences, communication, public administration or business administration from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent; and a minimum of five years’ full-time post-qualification working experience;
• (b)at least 2 years of full-time post-qualification working experience in social media, policy research, public relations, corporate management or marketing with good track records ; [See Note (1)]
• (c)good communication and presentation skills;
• (d)good knowledge in social media platform and proficient in using research tools; and
• (e)good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, with Level 3 or above in English Language and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note (2)].
