• (a)input / update / maintain filing system and personnel records;
• (b)handle public opinions / enquiries / complaint cases;
• (c)prepare statistics and reports;
• (d)prepare contracts and process payments;
• (e)assist in system testing;
• (f)procure goods and services in accordance with the government procedures;
• (g)assist in conducting recruitment exercises; and
• (h)perform various personnel and administrative duties as assigned.

Candidates should have – <br>(a)an accredited Associate Degree or an accredited Higher Diploma, from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 1 year’s working experience in customer service / accountancy / administration / information systems / human resources / logistics; AND <br>(b)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination / Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note]. <br> <br>Candidates who possess – <br>(i)sound knowledge of computer operations in MS Word, Chinese Word Processing, Excel and Powerpoint; <br>(ii)good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua); <br>(iii)knowledge of other dialects; <br>(iv)patience and good communication and interpersonal skills; and/or <br>(v)sound knowledge of customer service and the service scope of RTHK, and government procurement procedures and the Employment Ordinance <br>will have an advantage.
