職責
為1823中心日常運作提供人力資源支援服務,例如計算員工每月薪酬及約滿酬金、處理強積金計劃供款、管理員工出勤記錄及協助續約等事宜;及協助指導初級職員。此職位或須不定時工作,或在惡劣天氣(包括颱風及黑色暴雨)期間工作。獲聘用者須於短時間內上任及被調派至油麻地或葵涌的1823辦公室工作。
To provide human resources support services for 1823 offices, such as calculating monthly payrolls and gratuity for staff, handling MPF contributions, managing staff attendance records and assisting in contract renewal, etc.; and to assist in supervising office junior. The job holder may be required to work in irregular hours and in the event of inclement weather such as during typhoon and black rainstorm. The successful candidate is required to assume duty at short notice and is subject to deployment to the 1823 offices in Yau Ma Tei or Kwai Chung.
入職條件
申請人必須 -
(a) 在香港中學文憑考試五科包括中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或同等或以上成績[註1],或具同等學歷;或在香港中學會考五科包括中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級/E級或以上成績[註2],或具同等學歷;及
(b) 具備兩年全職人力資源管理的工作經驗;及
(c) 熟悉電腦運用(包括:MS Word、Excel、及中、英文打字等)及中文文書處理速度達每分鐘10字;及
(d) 具備良好溝通技巧。
申請人需接受中文文書處理速度及技能測試。

(b) have 2 years of full-time working experience in human resources management; and
(c) be familiar with PC applications (including MS Word, Excel, Chinese and English typing skill, etc.) and have Chinese word processing speed of 10 words per minute; and
(d) have good communication skill.

(1) 香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績,以及其他語言科目C級成績,會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績;香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績,以及其他語言科目E級成績,會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
(2) 2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
