職責
(a) 協助收集及分析數據以支援學校發展項目；
(b) 協助製作教學投影片/短片；
(c) 設計、編寫及更新學校網頁；
(d) 處理學校一般行政工作；
(e) 管理學校帳目記錄及財務調撥；
(f) 負責物料庫存及採購；
(g) 或須不定時或超時工作；以及
(h) 校方指派的其他工作。

(a) To assist in data collection and analysis to support the school development projects;
(b) To assist in production of slides/videos for teaching;
(c) To design, develop and update the school webpages;
(d) To handle general administrative duties;
(e) To manage school accounting and financial duties;
(f) To be responsible for stores and procurement;
(g) Work on shift or overtime may be required; and
(h) Any other duties assigned by the school.

入職條件
(a) 持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的高級文憑，或具備同等學歷；
(b) 具備相關研究、電腦操作及/或教學經驗；
(c) 具備會計經驗者優先；
(d) 中英文良好；
(e) 熟悉運用電腦網絡和網頁製作軟件，例如 Dreamweaver及Flash；以及
(f) 面試者或須接受技能測試及/或筆試。

(b) Relevant experience in research, computer operation and/or teaching;
(c) Experience in accounting preferred;
(d) A Good command of both Chinese and English;
(e) Familiar with the use of the computer network and webpage design software, such as Dreamweaver and Flash; and
(f) May be required to take trade test and/or written test.
