職責
申請人如獲錄用，將調派至發展局規劃及地政科轄下組別／辦事處工作，負責以下職務[註(2)] -
(a) 提供技術支援，包括擬備圖則、繪圖、簡報資料和展示材料，以便在報告書內及各種會議和研討會上呈現可視化的建議方案；
(b) 協助掃描圖則和照片、轉換數據檔案及備存檔案和數據備份；
(c) 統籌各政府部門、顧問或承辦商之間在設計╱規劃╱工程方面的技術工作；以及
(d) 執行發展局指派的任何其他職務。

Successful candidate(s) will be deployed to the sections/offices in the Planning and Lands Branch of the Development Bureau to undertake the following duties (Note 2):
(a) provide technical support, including preparing plans, drawings, presentation and display materials for visualization of proposals in reports and in various meetings and forums, etc.
(b) assist in scanning of plans and photos, converting data files and maintaining backup of files and data.
(c) coordinate technical tasks on design/planning/engineering aspects among government departments, consultants or contractors; and
(d) perform any other duties assigned by the Bureau.

(a) 取得由香港任何一所理工學院/理工大學、香港專業教育學院或工業學院/科技學院頒發的電腦輔助製圖、數碼繪圖或地理信息文憑/高級證書，或同等學歷；及
(b) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級[註(1)]或以上成績，或具同等成績;
(c) 至少有一年在規劃及/或土地事宜，提供技術支援的實際工作經驗。

Candidates should have:
(a) a Diploma / Higher Certificate in Computer Assisted Cartography, Digital Mapping or Geomatics from a Hong Kong polytechnic / polytechnic university, the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or technical institute / technical college or equivalent; and
(b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 [Note (1)] or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
(c) have at least one year’s relevant hands-on working experience in providing technical support on planning and/or land matters.

入職條件(註)
(1) 政府在聘任非公務員僱員時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)E級成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績。
