助理工程監督的主要職責是(a)協助監督房屋委員會轄下建築地盤及樓宇的建築及維修保養工程﹔(b)執行需要熟練技術的工作﹔以及(c)監督初級地盤人員及承辦商。
職責
An Assistant Clerk of Works is mainly deployed on
- (a)assisting in the supervision of building and maintenance works for construction sites and buildings under the Housing Authority’s purview;
- (b)performing skilled technical work; and
- (c)supervising junior site staff and contractors.
入職條件
申請人必須(a)持有香港一所理工大學／理工學院或香港專業教育學院／科技學院／工業學院所頒發的建築或建築學文憑或高級證書，或具同等學歷；(b)在取得上述資格後，具備3年與建築工程有關的工作經驗；(c)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具同等成績[請參閱註(3)]；以及(d)在《基本法》測試取得及格成績[請參閱註(4)]。
Candidates should have
- (a)a Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building or Building Studies from a Hong Kong polytechnic university/polytechnic or the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education/technical college/technical institute, or equivalent;
- (b)three years’ relevant experience in building works after obtaining the technical qualifications stipulated in item
- (a)above;
- (c)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note (3)]; and
- (d)a pass result in the Basic Law Test [See Note (4)].
入職條件(註)
- 1.申請人若具備與建築工程或維修保養有關的工作經驗，可獲優先考慮。
- 2.申請人所有資歷及工作經驗以截止申請日期或之前為準。
- 3.政府在聘任公務員時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) E級成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績。
- 4.政府會測試所有應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》知識。在《基本法》測試取得及格成績，是學歷要求定於完成中學階段程度或以上但低於學位／專業程度的公務員職位的入職條件。申請人必須在《基本法》測試中取得及格成績方會獲考慮聘用。如在滿分100分中取得53分或以上（即在15題中答對8題或以上），會被視為取得《基本法》測試的及格成績。此外，申請人在《基本法》測試的成績會佔其整體表現評分的一個適當比重。 如申請人在申請公務員職位時仍未曾參加《基本法》測試或未曾在《基本法》測試考獲及格成績，仍可作出申請。他們會被安排在招聘過程中參加相關《基本法》測試。
