- (a)就與創新及科技有關的事宜(包括社交媒體)進行研究及根據研究及分析結果撰寫報告；
- (b)協助草擬文稿及演辭；
- (c)就公眾查詢協助草擬回覆；
- (d)協助管理社交媒體平台及社交媒體管理公司；
- (e)協助籌劃及執行社區參與活動；以及
- (f)執行其他獲委派的職務。
職責
- (a)To conduct research on innovation and technology related issues (including social media), and write up reports based on the research findings and analysis;
- (b)To assist in drafting articles and speeches;
- (c)To assist in drafting replies to public enquiries;
- (d)To assist in managing social media platforms and vendors;
- (e)To assist in the planning and implementation of community engagement exercises; and
- (f)To perform other duties as required by senior officers of POO.

- (a)持有本地任何一所大學頒授的學士學位或具同等學歷，新聞學、傳理學、市場學或公共行政學士學位將獲優先考慮；
- (b)在取得有關學歷後，具備最少五年全職工作經驗，擁有公共行政經驗者將獲優先考慮；
- (c)熟悉政府體制及公共事務；
- (d)具備良好創新及科技生態系統發展的知識；
- (e)具備良好的研究技巧，包括網上資源的運用；有撰寫研究報告經驗者將獲優先考慮；
- (f)掌握研究工具的知識以及能熟練運用研究工具；
- (g)具備良好中、英文會話及書寫能力；
- (h)具備良好的溝通、組織及表達技巧；以及
- (i)成熟、積極進取及能夠不定時工作。
Candidates should have: -
- (a)have a bachelor degree preferably in journalism, communication, marketing or public administration from local university, or equivalent;
- (b)have a minimum of 5 years of full time post-qualification working experience, preferably in public administration;
- (c)have a good understanding of the government system and public affairs;
- (d)have good knowledge of the Innovation and Technology ecosystem;
- (e)have effective research skills, including the use of online resources, experience in writing up research reports in an advantage;
- (f)have good knowledge and command of research tools;
- (g)have good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
- (h)have strong communication, organisational and presentation skills; and
- (i)be mature, self-motivated and able to work irregular hours.
