職責
(a) 就與創新及科技有關的事宜(包括社交媒體)進行研究及根據研究及分析結果撰寫報告；
(b) 協助草擬文稿及演辭；
(c) 就公眾查詢協助草擬回覆；
(d) 協助管理社交媒體平台及社交媒體管理公司；
(e) 協助籌劃及執行社區參與活動；以及
(f) 執行其他獲委派的職務。

(a) To conduct research on innovation and technology related issues (including social media), and write up reports based on the research findings and analysis;
(b) To assist in drafting articles and speeches;
(c) To assist in drafting replies to public enquiries;
(d) To assist in managing social media platforms and vendors;
(e) To assist in the planning and implementation of community engagement exercises; and
(f) To perform other duties as required by senior officers of POO.

(b) have a minimum of 5 years of full time post-qualification working experience, preferably in public administration;
(c) have a good understanding of the government system and public affairs;
(d) have good knowledge of the Innovation and Technology ecosystem;
(e) have effective research skills, including the use of online resources, experience in writing up research reports in an advantage;
(f) have good knowledge and command of research tools;
(g) have good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
(h) have strong communication, organisational and presentation skills; and
(i) be mature, self-motivated and able to work irregular hours.
