職責
(a) 執行與中西藥有關的職務，包括巡查、發牌、調查和藥劑製品註冊；
(b) 執行藥物監察、藥物採購及相關職務；
(c) 主管配藥室╱藥劑組及藥物配製中心的工作；以及
(d) 協助高級藥劑師執行行政工作。
(備註：可能須隨時侯召工作或在正常辦公時間以外工作。)
(a) undertaking inspection, licensing, investigations, and pharmaceuticals registration duties in respect of Western and Chinese medicines;
(b) undertaking drug monitoring, drug procurement and related duties;
(c) taking charge of a dispensary/ pharmacy unit and pharmaceutical manufactory; and
(d) assisting Senior Pharmacists in administrative duties.
(Remark: May be required to perform on-call duties or work outside normal office hours.)
入職條件
(a) 根據香港法例第138章《藥劑業及毒藥條例》向香港藥劑業及毒藥管理局註冊為藥劑師；
(b) 持有由香港藥劑業及毒藥管理局簽發的有效執業證明書；
(c) 具有在註冊後最少兩年的有關工作經驗(註1)；及
(d) 符合語文能力的要求，即在綜合招聘考試兩張語文試卷(中文運用及英文運用)中取得一級或以上成績，或具備同等成績(註2)，以及能操流利粵語。
申請人如曾接受中醫藥訓練或持有相關專業資歷，可獲優先考慮。
(a) be registered with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Hong Kong established under the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance, Chapter 138;
(b) hold a valid Practising Certificate issued by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Hong Kong;
(c) have at least two years' relevant post-registration experience (Note 1); and
(d) have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 1 or above results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) or equivalent (Note 2) and be able to speak fluent Cantonese.
Candidates who have received training or have obtained qualification in Chinese Medicines will have an advantage.
入職條件(註)
(1) 向英國、澳洲、加拿大和美國當地的藥劑業管理局註冊後獲取的有關工作經驗，亦可視為註冊後的工作經驗。
(2) (i) 綜合招聘考試中文運用及英文運用試卷的成績分為「二級」、「一級」或「不及格」，並以「二級」為最高等級。
(ii) 香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科「C」級或以上和「D」級的成績分別會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的「二級」和「一級」成績。
(iii) 香港高級程度會考英語運用科「C」級或以上和「D」級的成績 (或同等成績)則分別會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」和「一級」成績。
(iv) 在International English Language Testing System (IELTS) 學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上，並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的成績的人士，在IELTS考試成績的兩年有效期內，會視為已符合註冊藥劑師職位的英語能力要求。IELTS考試成績必須在職位開始接受申請的首天(即2012年1月13日)仍然有效。
