- (a)為不同推廣及其他項目提出新意念與創新的多媒體方案，並開發和製作平面設計、動畫、影音視頻、互動視像遊戲、電子學習教材、具動畫效果的PowerPoint簡報等；
- (b)撰寫劇本、設計和製作包含多元化視像資訊的匯報和出版材料，包括拍攝、編輯及修飾照片及影片，以期達至更佳的視聽效果吸引觀眾／用户；
- (c)設計和製作節日電子賀卡及貼圖，並為部門刊物進行圖像設計和製作插圖；
- (d)為不時舉辦的各項特備活動設計、開發和製作美觀且具吸引力的多媒體材料；
- (e)為與部門相關的政府措施製作載於部門網頁等平台的多媒體宣傳資料；以及
- (f)執行其他由上司指派的工作。
職責
- (a)To contribute creative ideas and innovative multimedia solutions, develop and produce graphic design and artwork, animation, audio and visual videos, interactive video games, e-learning packages and animated PowerPoint presentation, etc. for publicity and other purposes;
- (b)To write scripts, design and produce presentation and publication materials in diversified visual content including photo and video shooting, editing and retouching with a view to achieving better audio and visual appeal to audiences;
- (c)To design and produce e-cards and e-stickers for festive seasons and handle graphic design and artwork output for departmental publications;
- (d)To design, develop and deliver aesthetically pleasing and appealing multimedia packages for special events to be held from time to time;
- (e)To produce multimedia publicity materials for Government initiatives involving the department to be uploaded on platforms including the departmental homepage; and
- (f)To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
入職條件
申請人必須持有：
- (a)香港認可大學／理工學院／工業學院所頒授的新媒體及影視創意寫作、創意／數碼媒體、創新及多媒體科技，或與多媒體相關的學科的高級文憑或以上學歷，或具同等學歷；
- (b)在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級（請參閱註）或以上成績，或具同等成績；
- (c)具備最少一年創作劇本、製作影音視頻、具視聽效果的PowerPoint簡報或相關範疇的全職工作經驗；
- (d)創作劇本、操作視聽器材，以及運用各類與數碼及影音媒體、編輯、剪接和製作照片及影片有關的電腦軟件，包括Windows 10、Microsoft Office 2016、Adobe Premiere、Adobe Audition、Adobe After Effects、Adobe Illustrator、Adobe InDesign, Adobe Animate CC、Adobe Captivate 2019、Digital Animation及Photoshop等的技能；以及
- (e)曾於政府部門或公營機構工作的申請人，可獲優先考慮。
Candidates should have:-
- (a)a Higher Diploma or above in Creative Writing for Film, Television and New Media, Creative/Digital Media, Multimedia Technologies and Innovation, or multimedia related subjects, from a Hong Kong recognised University / Polytechnic / Technical Institute, or equivalent;
- (b)Level 2 (See Note) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
- (c)at least one year’s full time working experience in scriptwriting, producing audio and visual videos, PowerPoint with audio and visual effects, or in related multimedia areas;
- (d)practical skills in scriptwriting, operating audio-visual equipment and computer software related to digital and image-sound media, photo and video editing and production including Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2016, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Audition, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Animate CC, Adobe Captivate 2019, Digital Animation and Photoshop; and
- (e)preference will be given to candidates with work experience in the Government or public organisations.
