- (1)監察及統籌有關公共選舉及選民登記工作的策劃和執行；
- (2)就公共選舉及辦公室事宜聯絡相關人士及組織，包括政府部門、非政府機構及商營機構等；
- (3)就行政、財政及資源管理事宜提供建議及支援；
- (4)處理與選舉有關的查詢、投訴及相關文件；以及
- (5)執行其他獲指派的職務。
職責
- (1)To oversee and coordinate the planning and implementation of work related to public elections and voter registration;
- (2)To liaise with relevant individuals and organisations, including government departments, non-government organisations, business sector, etc., on matters relating to public elections and office management;
- (3)To provide advice and support on administrative, financial and resources management matters;
- (4)To handle elections-related enquiries, complaints and relevant submissions; and
- (5)To undertake any other tasks as required.
入職條件
- (1)持有香港任何一所大學所頒授的學士學位，或具備同等學歷；
- (2)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第3級或以上成績，或具同等成績

(3)在策劃項目、合約管理、採購和招標管理方面具備專業知識；
(4)在取得學位後，具備最少10年公共行政、合約管理或項目的管理／策劃方面擔任管理職位的工作經驗；
(5)具備策劃和項目管理技巧；
(6)具備良好的溝通和社交技巧，能與不同的非政府機構、社區團體和公眾人士合作；及
(7)對公共資助／撥款計劃的運作及公營機構在採購和招標方面有認識，以及在監察社區計劃／活動方面具經驗者，獲優先考慮。
(8)申請人如曾策劃和籌備公共選舉；或具備管理資訊科技項目的工作經驗，可獲優先考慮。
- (1)A bachelor degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
- (2)Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or equivalent

- (3)Knowledge and expertise in the field of planning of projects, contract management, procurement and tender management;
- (4)At least 10 years’ post-qualification working experience in management position in the field of public administration, contract management or project management / planning;
- (5)Planning and project management skills;
- (6)Communication and interpersonal skills in interface with a wide spectrum of non-government and local community organisations and the public; and
- (7)Knowledge of operations of public funding schemes, procurement and tendering in the public sector, and experience in monitoring community projects / programmes is an advantage.
- (8)Preference may be given to candidates with relevant experience in planning and conducting public elections.
