Land Registration Officer II
薪酬：總薪級表第10點（月薪港幣24,670元）至總薪級表第27點（月薪港幣57,395元）
職責
主要負責執行土地註冊處的一般、行政及督導職務，包括審核土地文件及辦理土地文件的註冊工作、管理及監控查冊程序和設施、備存土地紀錄、向政府部門提供業權報告、處理業主立案法團的註冊申請、提供客戶服務、管理有關資訊科技系統，以及協助籌劃、制訂和推行各項有關計劃。
Mainly deployed on carrying out general, executive and supervisory duties in the Land Registry including scrutiny and registration of land documents, management and control of search procedures and facilities, maintenance of land records, provision of reports on title to government departments, processing applications for registration of owners’ corporations, provision of customer services and administration of IT systems as well as assisting in the planning, development and implementation of projects.
入職條件
申請人必須–
(a) (i)在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第3級或同等(註1)或以上成績(註2)，或具同等學歷；或(ii)在香港高級程度會考兩科高級程度科目考獲E級或以上成績，以及在香港中學會考另外三科考獲第3級(註3)／C級或以上成績(註2)，或具同等學歷；
(b) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級(註3)或以上成績，或具同等成績；
(c) 能說和寫流利中文和英文(註4)；及
(d) 在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績(註5)。

Candidates should have:

(2) 有關科目可包括中國語文及英國語文科。
(3) 政府在聘任公務員時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
(4) 獲邀參加面試的申請人須在面試前接受中文和英文筆試。
(5) 政府會測試所有應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》及《香港國安法》知識。在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績是所有公務員職位的入職條件。申請人必須在《基本法及香港國安法》測試中取得及格成績方會獲考慮聘用。如申請人在申請公務員職位時仍未曾參加相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試或未曾在相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試考獲及格成績，仍可作出申請。他們會被安排在招聘過程中參加相關《基本法及香港國安法》測試。
