- (a)協助就「一帶一路」倡議和相關政策進行廣泛研究，及把相關機遇和經濟影響編撰為宣傳資料；
- (b)協助雙語編寫及出版研究文章，以製作多媒體簡報；
- (c)為「一帶一路」倡議相關的電子簡報和論壇提供支援，並協助擬備簡報、資料摘要、講稿和通訊；
- (d)就共建「一帶一路」的最新情況聯繫其他組織、貿易/專業服務團體；
- (e)執行行政和秘書處職務，例如籌備組織會議、研討會、網上研討會、活動、商貿代表團，和其他計劃等；以及
- (f)執行被指派的其他職務。
職責
- (a)To assist in wide-ranging research on B&RI including related government policies, and to translate the business opportunities and economic impacts of B&RI into publicity materials;
- (b)To assist in compiling bilingual research articles for publication and production of multi-media presentations;
- (c)To assist in e-presentations and forums on B&RI, and to assist in preparing presentations, briefs, speeches, and newsletters;
- (d)To liaise with other organisations, trade bodies and professional services bodies etc. on updates on B&RI developments;
- (e)To carry out administrative/secretariat duties such as organising meetings, seminars, webinars, events, business missions and other programmes, etc.; and
- (f)To perform any other duties as assigned.
入職條件
申請人必須–
- (a)持有(i)香港任何一所大學頒授的甲等或乙等(一級)榮譽學士學位，或具備同等學歷，主修工商管理、經濟、或政府/公共行政者更佳；或(ii)香港任何一所大學頒授的碩士學位，主修工商管理、經濟、或政府/公共行政者更佳；
- (b)在取得有關學歷後，具備最少五年下列的全職工作經驗:
- (i)執行多媒體製作項目以介紹有關政策及/或經濟的訊息；及/或(ii)進行以政策及/或經濟範疇為重點的研究，並把研究成果彙編成宣傳資料；
- (c)具備良好中文及英文書寫及會話溝通技巧(能操普通話者為佳)，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第3等級
註] 或以上成績，或具同等成績；
(d)充分認識及了解「一帶一路」倡議及區域和國際的商業和經濟環境；
(e)熟悉運用電腦應用程式並具備設計技能以擬備MS PowerPoint簡報、刊物和多媒體製作；以及
(f)主動、處事細心、能致力於緊迫限期內完成工作。
Candidates should –
- (a)have
- (i)a first or upper second class honours bachelor’s degree from a university in Hong Kong or equivalent, preferably in business administration, economics or government/public administration; or
- (ii)a master’s degree from a Hong Kong university or equivalent, preferably in business administration, economics or government/public administration;
- (b)have at least 5 years’ post-qualification full-time work experience in
- (i)project execution of multi-media productions in presenting policy and/or economic messages; and/or
- (ii)research with focus on policy and/or economic areas and with research findings compiled into publicity materials;
- (c)have good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, with level 3 or above in both Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent

- (d)have good knowledge and understanding of the regional and international business and economic environment as well as the Belt and Road Initiative (B&RI);
- (e)have solid computer application knowledge and design skills for preparing MS PowerPoint presentations, publications and multi-media productions; and
- (f)be proactive, attentive to details and with strong commitment to accomplishing tasks under tight deadlines.
