職責
(a) 協助評審/審核/評估創意智優計劃申請,並協助擬備計劃進度/完成報告。
(b) 監察創意智優計劃獲批項目的推行情況,包括擬備項目協議、主持「簡易參考指南會議」、處理申請者有關項目變動的要求,以及進行實地視察等。
(c) 為創意智優計劃評審小組預會和會議提供行政和後勤支援。
(d) 協助擬備和統籌創意智優計劃項目的相關報表和創意智優計劃組的行政報表。
(e) 協助維持創意智優計劃組的檔案系統,並協助在組內推行電子檔案管理系統。
(f) 協助由受聘審計師以抽查方式審計創意智優計劃項目的工作。
(g) 協助監察與創意智優計劃審核委員會有關的事宜,包括創意智優計劃資助項目的未來活動邀請工作,以及更新委員聯絡資料等。
(h) 處理公眾查詢,並就跨界別和跨藝術領域的創意及文化合作項目申請或聯合製作的綜藝電視節目項目申請與準申請者聯絡。
(i) 檢討創意智優計劃網站內容,以便使用者獲取資訊。
(j) 執行獲指派的其他職務。

(b) To monitor the implementation of CSI approved projects, including preparation of project agreements, hosting of the Quick Reference Guide Meetings, handling of applicants’ requests for project variations, and conducting site visits, etc.
(c) To provide administrative and logistical support to the CSI Assessment Panel pre-meetings and meetings.
(d) To assist in preparing and coordinating CSI project-related returns and administrative returns for the CSI Section.
(e) To assist in maintaining the filing system of CSI Section and the implementation of Electronic Records Management System in the Section.
(f) To assist in performing test checks on CSI projects by a retainer auditor.
(g) To assist in overseeing matters relating to the CSI Vetting Committee, including invitation to upcoming activities of CSI-sponsored projects, updating contact information of members, etc.
(h) To handle public enquiries and liaise with potential applicants relating to their applications of cross‑sectoral and cross‑genre collaboration on creative and culture programmes or co‑production of television variety programmes.
(i) To review the content of the CSI website to facilitate the access of information by user.
(j) To perform other duties as assigned.

入職條件
(a) 持有本港頒授的學士學位或同等學歷;
(b) 取得香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科第3級或以上的成績或同等學歷[註];
(c) 在取得相關學歷後,具備最少三年有關項目管理或公共/非牟利項目資助計劃管理的經驗,又或為政府/半官方機構/公營服務界別的委員會/小組提供行政支援的經驗;
(d) 具備在政府/半官方機構/公營服務界別的資助計劃管理或項目管理的工作經驗更佳;
(e) 中英文書寫能力良好,能操流利英語、粵語及普通話;
(f) 精通電腦軟件(包括Microsoft Word、Excel、中文文書處理等);以及
(g) 性格外向主動,為人勤奮,具備良好公關技巧,做事有條理和注重細節,並能承受壓力和在限期緊迫的情況下工作。

(a) A Hong Kong Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
(b) Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [Note];
(c) A minimum of three years of post-qualification experience in project management or management of funding schemes for public / non-profit making projects or providing executive support for committees/panels of Government / quasi-government bodies / public service sector;
(d) Preferably with working experience in funding administration or managing projects in Government / quasi-government bodies / public service sector will be an advantage;
(e) Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua);
(f) Sound knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Chinese word-processing, etc;
(g) Outgoing, proactive and hard working with good PR manner, well-organised and mindful to details, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
