職責
(a) 管理根據《環境影響評估條例》分別就指定工程項目和非指定工程項目提交的申請書和環境研究，並審閱相關文件；
(b) 就涉及環境影響評估和環境研究的事宜與持份者（包括相關申請人、政府決策局及部門、公司、承辦商和顧問）溝通；
(c) 就發展計劃及規劃事宜整理和提供專業環保意見；
(d) 就規劃及發展方案的環境評估方法和技術以及工程項目的環境監察和審核工作提供意見；
(e) 就環境影響評估、策略性環境評估或環境研究的國際做法進行研究，並檢視環保成效和工程／工地作業方法；以及
(f) 支援環境研究／調查和與環保相關的網站／數據庫／知識管理系統的合約管理工作。
其他相關的工作要求：工作時間及地點須視乎部門的運作需要而定。獲取錄者或需(a)不定時及超時工作，包括晚上、周末、周日和公眾假期；以及(b)不時在戶外工作。

(b) To liaise with stakeholders on matters related to EIA and environmental studies, including proponents, government policy bureaux and departments, corporations, contractors and consultants;
(c) To coordinate and deliver professional environmental advice in relation to development proposals and planning matters;
(d) To provide advice on the methodologies and techniques for environmental assessment of planning and development proposals, and in relation to project environmental monitoring and auditing;
(e) To carry out research on international EIA or environmental study practices over policies, plans, programmes and projects, together with reviews of environmental outcomes and engineering/site practices; and
(f) To support the contract administration work for environmental studies/researches and environmentally related website/database/knowledge management system.

The successful candidate may be required to (a) work irregular hours and overtime, including evenings, weekends and public holidays; and (b) work occasionally outdoors.

Applicants should have: –
