職責
(a) 協助高級經理制訂和推行數碼市場推廣策略,旨在提高香港人才服務辦公室業務活動的認知及參與程度,並製作香港故事,吸引有潛質的人才來港;
(b) 管理和擴展香港人才服務辦公室擁有的社交媒體平台,並透過製作有吸引力及相關的內容,包括符合品牌基調及聲調的文章、圖像、影片及圖表,以擴大社羣和提高參與程度;
(c) 推動持續改善香港人才服務辦公室的官方網站 https://www.hkengage.gov.hk/,包括版面設計、內容維護、功能,並定期更新網站內容,確保內容一致、質素優良及符合香港人才服務辦公室的品牌形象;
(d) 管理和監督現有的網上合作夥伴項目,發展新的策略聯盟,並與潛在的合作夥伴,包括商會、業界組織、大學、其他私營界別等合作;
(e) 監督相關機構及供應商,確保提供優質產品及服務;
(f) 追蹤、衡量和分析所有數碼渠道的市場推廣關鍵績效指標(例如網站頁面瀏覽量、社交媒體追蹤人數),並編制報告,以評估策略的成效和確定需要改善的地方;
(g) 監察社交媒體上的對話及趨勢,以深入了解用戶的喜好、情緒及趨勢,並發掘新的增長渠道/機會;以及
(h) 執行高級人員指派的任何其他職責。

(a) assisting the Senior Manager in developing and implementing digital marketing strategy that aims to drive awareness and engagement of HKTE’s business activities and creating Hong Kong stories to entice potential talents to come to Hong Kong;
(b) managing and expanding HKTE’s owned social media platforms to grow the community and enhance engagement through crafting compelling and relevant content, including posts, images, videos and graphics that align with the brand’s tone and voice;
(c) driving the continuous enhancement of HKTE’s official website https://www.hkengage.gov.hk/ in the areas of layout design, content maintenance, features; and periodic updating of website content to ensure consistency, quality and alignment with HKTE’s brand’s image;
(d) managing and monitoring existing online partnership projects, developing new strategic alliances and cooperation with potential partners, including Chambers, industry associations, universities, other private sectors etc.;
(e) overseeing agencies and suppliers to ensure the delivery of quality products and services;
(f) tracking, measuring and analyzing the marketing KPIs (such as website pageviews, number of social media followers) across all digital channels; and generating reports to assess the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas of improvement;
(g) monitoring conversations and trends on social media to gain insights into user preferences, sentiment and trends; and identifying new channels/opportunities for growth; and
(h) performing any other duties as assigned by senior officers.

申請人在獲聘時必須是香港特別行政區永久性居民,並須–
(a) 持有香港任何一所大學頒授的市場推廣、數碼市場推廣或相關學科的學士學位,或具備同等學歷;
(b) 具備最少10年在中國大陸/全球市場從事市場推廣傳訊及數碼市場推廣相關業務的相關工作經驗;
(c) 具備管理全球/地區大型社交媒體平台及數碼市場推廣活動的經驗;
(d) 具備網站使用者體驗及使用者介面最佳做法、搜尋引擎優化、搜尋引擎行銷、社交媒體管理及數碼趨勢的實際操作知識,並具有與相關機構合作的深厚背景;
(e) 積極進取、富有創造力及具有業務推動的強勁策略思維;
(f) 具有強勁的分析能力,能夠解讀數據、提出見解並作出數據主導的決策;
(g) 善於團隊合作,能夠與不同持份者建立關係;
(h) 具有卓越的人際及溝通技巧,中英文書寫能力及會話能力優良(粵語和普通話);
(i) 符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科達第3級或以上成績,或具同等成績;以及

Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) at the time of appointment and should possess –
(a) a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
(b) a minimum of 10 years’ relevant work experience in marketing communications and digital marketing related business for the Mainland China / global market;
(c) demonstrated experience in managing large scale global / regional social media platform and digital marketing campaigns;
(d) hands on knowledge on website UX & UI best practices, SEO, SEM, Social Media Management and digital trend with strong background to work with agencies;
(e) an aggressive and creative business drive with a strong strategic mind;
(f) strong analytical skills in the ability to interpret the data, generate insights and make data-driven decisions;
(g) a good team player who is capable of building relationships with multiple stakeholders;
(h) excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
(i) met the language proficiency requirement of Level 3 or above in English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent; and
(Note: Grade C in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 3 respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.)
(j) proficiency in the application of common business software (including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) as well as Chinese and English word processing.
