言語治療主任主要獲派任職於官立學校，提供校本言語治療服務，包括－
- (a)為有言語及語言障礙的學生提供專業評估及輔導服務；
- (b)確定有言語及語言障礙學生的教育需要；以及
- (c)為家長、教師和學校提供諮詢及支援計劃。
職責
A Speech Therapist is mainly deployed to government schools for provision of school-based speech therapy services including －
- (a)professional assessment and remedial services to students with speech and language impairment (SLI);
- (b)identification of educational needs of students with SLI; and
- (c)consultation and support programmes for parents, teachers and schools.
入職條件
二零二三年言語治療主任的招聘將開放予持有相關學士學位人士和正就讀學士學位課程最後一年(即二零二三至二四學年畢業)的學生，及二零二四至二五學年畢業的大學生申請。
符合資格人士現可申請教育局言語治療主任職位。申請人須在申請書上註明所申請的職位名稱，即是：「言語治療主任」，以及所修讀學位課程的主修和副修科目。 申請人必須–
- (a)持有香港頒授的言語及聽覺科學學士學位，或具備同等學歷[附註(1)]；
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即在綜合招聘考試兩份語文試卷(中文運用及英文運用)中取得「二級」成績，或具備同等成績[參閱註(2)-(4)]；
- (c)在《基本法及香港國安法》測試(學位/專業程度職系)取得及格成績[參閱註(5)-(7)]；以及
- (d)能操流利粵語及英語。
尚未符合上文(a)項的相關入職條件，而預計可分別於二零二四年八月三十一日或二零二五年八月三十一日或之前取得相關學歷以符合有關入職條件者亦可遞交申請。上述申請人必須在二零二四或二零二五學年內取得所需學歷資格（即[持有香港頒授的言語及聽覺科學學士學位，或具備同等學歷]），才會獲聘任。
申請人須在申請書上清楚註明將會獲取的相關學歷或資格和預計獲取日期，並須在本局訂定的限期前提交相關文件，例如證明信函、證書及成績單等，以證明其在上述期間取得所需學歷或資格以及符合入職條件，否則本局將不再處理其申請。
The 2023 recruitment for Speech Therapist will be open to persons holding a relevant bachelor's degree, final year undergraduate students (i.e. graduating in the 2023-24 academic year), and penultimate year undergraduate students graduating in the 2024-25 academic year.
Applications are invited from eligible persons for appointment as Speech Therapist in the Education Bureau. Candidates should state clearly on their application forms the post applied for, i.e. "SPEECH THERAPIST", and also the major and minor subjects studied in their degree courses.
Candidates should –
- (a)have a Bachelor's degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent [General Notes (1)];
- (b)have met the language proficiency requirements of 'Level 2' results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent [See Notes (2)-(4)];
- (c)have a 'Pass' result in the Basic Law and National Security Law Test (BLNST) (degree/ professional grades) [See Notes (5)-(7)]; and
- (d)be able to speak fluent Cantonese and English.
Potential applicants may also apply if they do not meet the relevant entry requirement set out in
- (a)but are expected to obtain the qualification
- (s)to meet the aforementioned entry requirement no later than 31 August 2024 or 31 August 2025 respectively. If selected, appointment will be subject to, among others, the attainment of requisite academic qualification (i.e. a Bachelor's degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent) within the academic year in 2024 and 2025 respectively.
Applicants are required to clearly state the qualifications to be obtained and the expected date of obtaining the said qualification
- (s)in the application form and to provide documentary evidence such as letters, certificates and transcripts to prove that they have obtained the requisite qualification
- (s)and met the entry requirements in the aforementioned period by the deadline to be determined by this Bureau. Applicants who fail to provide the necessary information as required will not be considered further.
入職條件(註)
- (1)有關頂薪點的資料只供參考，日後或會有所更改。
- (2)綜合招聘考試的中文運用及英文運用試卷的成績分為「二級」、「一級」或「不及格」，並以「二級」為最高等級。
- (3)香港中學文憑考試中國語文科「第5級」或以上成績；或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科「C」級或以上的成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的「二級」成績。香港中學文憑考試英國語文科「第5級」或以上成績；或香港高級程度會考英語運用科或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) (GCE A Level) English Language科「C」級或以上成績則會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。
- (4)在International English Language Testing System (IELTS) 學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上，並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的成績的人士，在IELTS考試成績的兩年有效期內，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。有關考試成績必須在職位接受申請期內任何一日均為有效。
- (5)政府會測試所有應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》及《香港國安法》知識。在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績是所有公務員職位的入職條件。申請人必須在《基本法及香港國安法》測試中取得及格成績方會獲考慮聘用。
- (6)如申請人在申請公務員職位時仍未曾參加相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試或未曾在相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試考獲及格成績，仍可作出申請。他們會被安排在招聘過程中參加相關《基本法及香港國安法》測試。
- (7)由二零二三年七月二十八日起，申請人可以參加公務員事務局、教育局或各招聘部門／職系舉辦的《基本法及香港國安法》測試，無論測試在互通安排實施前或後進行，及格成績均可以互通，用作申請所有公務員及教師職位。
- (8)申請人如獲邀參加面試，會在二零二四年二月底或之前接獲郵寄/電郵通知。如有需要，本局會以電郵形式要求申請人提供補充資料。請確保已填寫正確的郵寄及電郵地址。由於核實申請人的資格需時，申請人即使獲邀參加面試，並不表示已符合言語治療主任職位的入職條件。申請人如未獲邀參加面試，可視作落選論。
