職責
(a) 督導員工處理學生資助計劃的申請或就已獲發放的申請進行核證及跟進工作;
(b) 協助處理貸款償還事宜及向學生及/或擔保人追討拖欠貸款;
(c) 協助監察及督導電腦系統的用戶培訓及支援服務、檢討及加強電腦系統的設計及工作流程、進行電腦系統用戶驗收測試;
(d) 執行資助計劃的支援工作,包括處理上訴個案、就查詢和投訴擬備回覆等;
(e) 督導支援人員的工作;以及
(f) 處理由上級指派的其他工作。
註:視乎部門的運作需要,成功獲聘者可能須輪班當值、不定時工作及超時工作(包括星期六、日及公眾假期)。他/她會被分派到在職家庭及學生資助事務處的辦公室工作。

(b) To assist in processing repayment of loans and in recovering defaulted loans from students and/or indemnifiers;
(c) To assist in monitoring the operation and supervising the provision of user training and support services of computer systems, to review and enhance the design and workflow of computer systems and conduct user acceptance tests;
(d) To perform scheme support duties, such as handling appeal cases, preparing replies to enquiries and complaints, etc.;
(e) To supervise the work of support staff; and
(f) To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Note: Subject to operational requirement of the department, the appointed candidate may be required to perform shift duties, work irregular hours and overtime (including on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). He / She will be deployed to work in offices of the Working Family and Student Financial Assistance Agency.

(b) a minimum of three years’ post-qualification full-time working experience with good job records, including one year at managerial level;
(c) good command of both Chinese and English and met the language proficiency requirements of "Level 2" in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) or equivalent (please refer to the Notes (1) and (2) below);
(d) good communication skills and be able to work and solve problems independently; and
(e) good computer knowledge.
