職責
(a) 協助推動建立全面的業務夥伴網絡,並提出創新意念及策略,以加強香港人才服務辦公室的聯繫及支援人才措施;
(b) 協助物色、培養和倡議新的合作項目及夥伴關係,以加強香港人才服務辦公室在吸引、聯繫和支援人才方面的工作重點;
(c) 協助聯繫香港人才服務辦公室的合作機構及業務夥伴,以促進互惠互利及可持續的關係;
(d) 協助調整和完善業務夥伴方式,應用最新的業界觀點及新興趨勢,創建一個動態及反應迅速的夥伴關係框架,以滿足不斷變化的聯繫及支援人才需要;
(e) 與香港人才服務辦公室的內部團隊合作,發揮協同效應,提升辦公室聯繫及支援人才策略的整體影響力及成效,並營造積極進取及充滿活力的工作環境;以及
(f) 執行高級人員指派的任何其他職責。

(a) To assist in the development of a comprehensive business partnership network and generate innovative ideas and strategies to enhance talent engagement and support initiatives of HKTE;
(b) To assist in identifying, cultivating and initiating new collaborative ventures and partnerships to enhance HKTE’s focus on attracting, engaging and supporting talents;
(c) To assist in engaging HKTE’s collaborators and business partners to foster mutually beneficial and sustainable relationships;
(d) To assist in refining business partnership approaches, applying latest industry insights and emerging trends to create a dynamic and responsive partnership framework that addresses evolving talent engagement and support needs;
(e) To collaborate with internal teams within HKTE to leverage synergies to enhance the overall impact and effectiveness of the office’s talent engagement and support strategies and foster a proactive and energetic working environment; and
(f) To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.

申請人在獲聘時必須是香港特別行政區永久性居民,並須–
(a) 持有香港任何一所大學頒發的學士學位,或具同等學歷;
(b) 於畢業後取得最少7年的全職工作經驗,持有促進業務夥伴關係及與商業機構/商會和協會合作的工作經驗為佳;
(c) 符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科達第3級或以上成績,或具同等成績;
(註: 2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級成績。)
(d) 具有卓越的人際及溝通技巧,中英文書寫能力及會話能力優良(粵語和普通話);
(e) 熟悉政府事務,尤其與聯繫人才的事務;以及
(f) 精通一般商業電腦軟件(包括MS Word、Excel和PowerPoint)的應用,以及中文和英文文書處理。

Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) at the time of appointment and should possess –
(a) a Bachelor’s degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
(b) a minimum of 7 years’ full-time post-qualifications work experience, preferably in fostering business partnership and collaborations with commercial organisations/chambers and associations;
(c) met the language proficiency requirement of Level 3 or above in English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent;
(Note: Grade C in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 3 respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.)
(d) excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
(e) excellent understanding of government affairs especially on engaging talents; and
(f) proficiency in the application of common business software (including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) as well as Chinese and English word processing.
