• (a)To assist in the coordination of investment promotion initiatives, including supporting the work in relation to the Task Force on Supporting Mainland Enterprises in Going Global, and assist in the coordination of thematic investment promotional initiatives, events and trips, handling event invitations, etc.;
• (b)To assist in providing executive support to dedicated projects of promoting silver economy, including liaison with stakeholders and silver event organisers, arranging visits, handling event invitations, coordinating Government bureaux/departments’ returns/inputs, and drafting replies to public enquiries;
• (c)To assist in handling key projects and events, including compiling reports and returns about strategic investment promotion projects, and liaising and preparing event folders for business receptions organised by departments under the Commerce and Economic Development Bureau, investment promotion events and ad hoc events; and
• (d)To handle any other duties assigned by seniors.

Candidates should –

• (a)have a bachelor’s degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
• (b)have at least five years of post-qualification full-time work experience in government administration or related fields;
• (c)have attained Level 5 or above in both English Language and Chinese Language of the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent
