- (a)支援資訊科技／人工智能項目的規劃及執行，包括收集業務需求、用戶界面設計、持份者參與、用戶驗收測試及其他數碼轉型相關工作；
- (b)支援數碼平台的管理和優化，包括提升用戶體驗，並協助策劃及編輯公眾使用的內容（例如：網站、聊天機械人、社交媒體）；
- (c)支援數碼轉型項目，包括業務流程改善、概念驗證項目、系統優化及相關研究工作；
- (d)與前線人員及承辦商聯絡，持續改善業務流程及系統效能，並提供日常故障排解及支援；及
- (e)執行由上級指派的其他職務。
職責
- (a)Support the planning and implementation of IT / AI projects, including business requirements collection, user interface design, stakeholder engagement, user acceptance test and other digital transformation related tasks;
- (b)Support the management and optimisation of digital platforms, including user experience improvement, and assist in content curation for public-facing channels (e.g. website, chatbot, social media);
- (c)Support digital transformation initiatives, including business process improvements, proof-of-concept projects, system enhancements, and related research work;
- (d)Liaise with frontline staff and contractors on ongoing improvements to business processes and system performance, and provide routine troubleshooting and support as needed; and
- (e)Perform other duties as assigned by senior officers.
入職條件
申請人必須 –
- (a)持有香港任何一所大學頒授的學士學位，或具備同等學歷；
- (b)具備良好的中英文書寫及會話能力，並已在《綜合招聘考試》中的兩份語文試卷（中文運用及英文運用）取得「二級」成績，或具同等資格〔見註〕；
- (c)在取得專業資格後，具備不少於兩年全職商業及科技顧問／諮詢工作經驗。
- (d)具備業務流程重組、數碼轉型專案、資訊科技／人工智能項目執行（例如生成式人工智能應用、數據分析平台）、或數碼內容管理工作經驗（例如機構網站／社交媒體賬戶管理、聊天機械人內容管理）將獲優先考慮；及
- (e)具備良好的業務分析及溝通能力，能將業務需求轉化為技術要求及可行方案。 如申請人資歷在截止申請日期前未能完全符合入職條件(a)至(e)其中一項，則申請將不獲考慮。
Candidate should have -
- (a)a Hong Kong bachelor’s degree, or equivalent;
- (b)good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, with “Level 2” in the two language papers (Use of Chinese (UC) and Use of English (UE)) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) or equivalent [see Note];
- (c)at least 2 years of full‑time post‑qualification experience, preferably in fields of business and technology consulting / advisory;
- (d)hands‑on work experience in Business Process Reengineering, Digital Transformation projects, IT / AI project implementation (e.g. generative AI applications, data analytics platforms), or in digital content management (e.g. corporate website/social media account administration, chatbot content management) will be an advantage; and
- (e)strong business analysis and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable solutions. Your application will NOT be considered if your qualifications do not fully meet any of the entry requirements
