- (a)擔任直升機的機長，在政府飛行服務隊日間及晚間所有行動中執行機師的職責；
- (b)就檢討和更新行動手冊的工作，特別就若干專門職責及其他直升機任務的操作技術和程序，提出專業意見和協助；以及
- (c)執行附合相關資格的訓練機長的工作。
職責
- (a)To carry out the duties of a line pilot in the full range of Government Flying Service (GFS) operational duties by day and night as Captain on GFS helicopter aircraft;
- (b)To provide expert advice and assistance in the review and updating of the Operations Manuals, with particular focus on the operating techniques and procedures for certain specialized roles and other helicopter operations; and
- (c)To carry out the duties of a Training Captain, if suitably qualified.
入職條件
- (a)現職專業機師，並具備最少十五年直升機操作經驗；
- (b)最少具備3 000小時雙引擎直升機的飛行經驗；
- (c)曾在多種任務的直升機單位工作可獲優先考慮，當中包括參與各種緊急應變工作，如搜救行動、撲滅山火、戰術行動及其他直升機的行動經驗；
- (d)持有戰術行動的教學資格；
- (e)獲正式聘任時，必須持有由國際民航組織認可和有效的航空運輸飛行員執照(直升機)，並具備儀表飛行資格；如持有由香港民航處發出的航空運輸飛行員執照(直升機) / 具備儀表飛行資格，可獲優先考慮；
- (f)持有有效的EC175航空器機型級別資格可獲優先考慮；
- (g)具備培訓管理經驗者，尤其是具備實際經驗以顯示深入了解直升機戰術行動規程、風險管理、團隊訓練方法和通訊系統，可獲優先考慮；以及
- (h)必須具備良好中英文書寫及口語能力，能操流利粵語。
- (a)A current professional pilot with at least 15 years of experience in helicopter operations;
- (b)A minimum of 3,000 flying hours in multi-engine helicopter aircraft;
- (c)Experience in a multi-role operational helicopter unit will be an advantage, which should include a wide range of emergency response such as Search and Rescue (SAR), fire-fighting, tactical operations and other helicopter operational experience;
- (d)Possess of instructional qualification in tactical operations;
- (e)Must be a holder of a valid International Civil Aviation Organisation’s Airline Transport Pilots Licence (Helicopter) (ATPL(H)) with Instrument Rating (IR) at the time of formal appointment; A Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department (HKCAD) ATPL
- (H)/ IR will be an advantage;
- (f)A valid and current aircraft Type Rating for the EC175 will be an advantage;
- (g)Experience in a training management role particularly with proven experience that shows strong understanding of helicopter tactical operations protocols, risk management, team training methodologies and communication systems will be an advantage; and
- (h)Must be proficient in spoken and written proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese).
