- (a)協助輸入資料、處理數據、執行文書工作及檔案管理；
- (b)與體育總會、學校、社區體育會及本署轄下的康樂場地聯絡；
- (c)協助運送和設置活動器材；
- (d)協助籌備及推行各項康體活動；以及
- (e)解答一般查詢。
職責
- (a)To provide support in data entry, data processing, perform office administrative work and filing;
- (b)To communicate with National Sports Associations, Schools, Community Sports Clubs and Leisure Venues of Leisure and Cultural Services Department;
- (c)To provide support in transportation and setting up of equipment for the recreation and sports programmes;
- (d)To assist in the preparation and implementation of recreation and sports programmes; and
- (e)To handle general enquiries.
入職條件
申請人須：
- (a)為年滿18歲或以上的香港永久性居民；
- (b)具備中五或同等學歷；以及
- (c)能操流利廣東話及一般英語。
符合以下條件者可獲優先考慮：
- (a)具良好人際溝通技巧；
- (b)具備良好的中、英文讀寫能力；
- (c)具備中英文文書處理及一般電腦軟件（能運用倉頡/速成輸入法、Microsoft Word、Excel及PowerPoint）；
- (d)熟悉運用圖像或網頁設計軟件應用知識；
- (e)具備籌辦康體活動的基本知識和相關經驗；
- (f)持有有效急救證書；以及
- (g)具備義工服務經驗。
Candidates should:
- (a)be Hong Kong permanent residents aged 18 or above;
- (b)have completed Secondary 5 education, or equivalent; and
- (c)be good command of spoken Chinese and be able to speak English.
Preference will be given to applicants with:
- (a)competent communication skill;
- (b)competent written and spoken Chinese and English;
- (c)knowledge in Chinese and English word processing and common computer software (such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
- (d)knowledge in computer graphic and website design software application;
- (e)basic knowledge of organising recreation and sports programmes and relevant experience;
- (f)a valid First Aid Certificate; and
- (g)experience in volunteer services.
入職條件(註)
- (1)香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績，以及其他語言科目C級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績；香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
- (2)有關科目可包括中國語文及英國語文科。
- (3)2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
