• (a)Maintain effective liaison network with licensed travel agents in Hong Kong, including individual or team site visits and phone liaison;
• (b)disseminate information to and monitor feedback from the licensed travel agents on the licensing regime and government policies;
• (c)evaluate and provide written reports the findings of the visits and compile statistics; and
• (d)supervise the work of Relation Officers. Remarks: This is a part-time job.

The post is open to both male and female applicants. Candidates should

• (a)have a Hong Kong bachelor degree, or equivalent (Note 1);
• (b)have Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (Note 2); and
• (c)have at least 10 years' post qualification experience at managerial level and in communicating/establishing effective liaison network with various organisations or companies. Executive or managerial experience in public organisations or the Government will be an added advantage. (Note 3);
• (d)display leadership and team building ability; and
• (e)be able to work independently and have good communication and writing skills in Chinese and English, and speak fair Putonghua.
