(a) To develop a sustainable strategic plan for organising leadership enhancement programmes for principals and professional study tours for school curriculum leaders in collaboration with other related Divisions; (b) To implement the plan and perform administrative duties including invitation of quotations, issue of promotion circulars, programme enrolment, dissemination of programme details and running of briefing sessions; (c) To liaise with the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government and the relevant Mainland authorities / institutions on the organisation of the programmes; (d) To provide logistic support to the participants in the arrangement of transport and board and lodging, to participate as programme leader and facilitator in discussion sessions, and to accompany them during their visits / tours to the Mainland; (e) To conduct post-visit debriefing sessions with the participants on consolidation and application of knowledge and skills acquired and to coordinate / compile evaluation reports after the visits / tours; and (f) To supervise subordinate staff and to perform other duties as assigned.

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree and a certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent; (b) At least ten years' post-degree experience in teaching, curriculum development, school-based support service and/or teacher education; (c) Good English and Chinese writing skills, fluency in spoken English and Cantonese and proficiency in Putonghua; and (d) Experience in organising school projects / exchange programmes to the Mainland is preferred.
