職責
暑期實習人員主要負責 –
(1) 通過電話和電郵處理公眾的查詢及投訴,及
(2) 協助製作統計報表
Summer intern are mainly deployed –
(1) to handle enquiries and complaints from the public through phone and email, etc.; and
(2) to assist in preparing statistical reports.
入職條件
申請人須 -
(1) 是香港特別行政區永久性居民;
(2) 是經評審的專上課程的全日制在學學生,以主修款客服務業管理或政府及公共行政為佳;
(3) 操流利粵語和英語,能操流利普通話更佳;及
(4) 熟悉電腦操作,懂中文打字更佳
(5) 具備客戶服務工作經驗為佳。
Applicants should –
(1) be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region;
(2) be students studying full-time accredited post-secondary programmes, preferably in hospitality management and government and public administration, offered by post-secondary institutions in Hong Kong;
(3) be fluent in both Cantonese and English, and fluent Putonghua is an advantage;
(4) be proficient in PC applications and good at Chinese typing skill is an advantage; and
(5) have advantage of working experience in the field of customer service.
