職責
協助管理、操作、檢查、支援電話查詢中心的資訊科技和電話通訊設備。須輪班,包括通宵班,在星期六、日或公眾假期期間不定時工作,亦須在惡劣天氣(包括颱風及黑色暴雨)期間工作。
To assist in managing, operating, inspecting and maintaining the information technology and tele-communication facilities of the call centre. Required to work on irregular shifts, including overnight shifts, on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays as well as in inclement weather such as during typhoon and black rainstorm.
入職條件
(a)持有香港認可的資訊科技、資訊系統、計算機科學或電子工程文憑或高級證書,或同等學歷;(b)在香港中學會考考獲五科及格,包括中國語文科及英國語文科成績達到第二等級,或同等學歷(註);(c)在取得學歷後具備至少一年資訊及通訊技術基礎設施的管理及操作經驗,以在電話中心為佳。具備Windows Servers、Exchange、Linux OS、Oracle DB、MS SQL、Siebel CRM/Remedy、PABX、IVRS、Cisco/Junitper switches and routers、Checkpoint/Netscreen Firewall的操作及管理經驗及/或專業資格為佳。
(a) An accredited Hong Kong Diploma or Higher Certificate in Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent; (b) 5 passes, including Chinese Language and English Language at Level 2, in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or equivalent (Note); (c) at least 1 year post-qualification working experience in administrating and operating Information & Communication Technology infrastructure, preferably in call centre. Experience and/or professional qualification(s) in operating and administrating Windows Server, Exchange, Linux OS, Oracle DB, MS SQL, Siebel CRM/Remedy, PABX, IVRS, Cisco/Junitper switches and routers, Checkpoint/Netscreen Firewall is preferable.

政府在聘任非公務員合約員工時,過往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)E級的成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科'第2等級'的成績。
