- (a)處理牌照申請及／或續牌工作；
- (b)對旅行社進行財務監察工作，例如查核旅行社之財務報表及探訪巡查等；
- (c)就旅行社探訪巡查所得之意見作統計分析；
- (d)協助推行一資訊科技項目，包括招標事宜；以及
- (e)處理其他由上級所委派的工作。

月薪7,700元 (包括強積金僱主供款)
職責
- (a)Process license application and/or renewal;
- (b)Perform financial surveillance on travel agents, such as reviewing their financial statements and visits to travel agents;
- (c)Perform statistical analysis on feedbacks from travel agents visits;
- (d)Assist in carrying out an IT Project including tender procedures; and
- (e)Any other duties as assigned by senior officers.

- (a)擁有香港特別行政區永久性居民身份；
- (b)於2011-12及2012-13學年在本地或海外╱內地大專院校就讀全日制課程， 並將於2013年夏季獲得(或屆時已擁有)學士或學士以上程度學位的學生；
- (c)積極參與社區或學校活動；
- (d)擁有優良學業成績；
- (e)適應團隊工作及有良好溝通技巧，並能同時處理及有效地安排多項工作；
- (f)擁有良好的中、英語文及書寫能力，能操流利普通話者優先；
- (g)熟悉電腦應用程式例如 Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint及中文輸入法等；以及
- (h)對會計有基礎認識者優先。
Candidates are required to fulfill the following requirements:-
- (a)Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Permanent Resident status;
- (b)Students undergoing full-time studies at a local or overseas/Mainland tertiary institution in the 2011/12 and 2012/13 academic years, and with a view to obtaining or already in possession of a bachelor's or higher degree by summer 2013;
- (c)Active participation in community or school activities;
- (d)Outstanding academic achievements;
- (e)Ability to work in a team, good communication and multitasking skills, strong organisational power;
- (f)Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Putonghua is preferred;
- (g)Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese Word processing; and
- (h)Preferably with basic accounting knowledge.
