將派往律政司刑事檢控科，主要負責提供法律指引及預備審訊的工作。
職責
To be deployed in the Prosecutions Division of the Department of Justice undertaking mainly legal advisory and trial preparation work.
入職條件
申請人須
- (a)
- (i)在《律政人員條例》(第87章)2A條及附表2所規定的司法管轄區內取得律師資格；或(ii)在《律政人員條例》(第87章)2A條及附表2所規定的認可司法管轄區內取得大律師資格和全面執業權後，具備一年專業經驗；以及
- (b)在香港中學文憑試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科達第2等級或以上，或具備同等學歷，或具同等學歷(註：政府在聘任非公務員合約員工時，過往香港中學會考英國語文科(課程乙)和中國語文科E級的成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考英國語文科和中國語文科第2級成績)。
Candidates should
- (a)
- (i)be admitted as solicitors in a recognized jurisdiction as stipulated under section 2A and Schedule 2 of the Legal Officers Ordinance (Cap. 87) or
- (ii)be barristers with one year’s professional experience since attaining the right to full practice in a recognized jurisdiction as stipulated under section 2A and Schedule 2 of the Legal Officers Ordinance (Cap. 87); and
- (b)have attained Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent.
(Note : “Grade E” in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE or henceforth.
入職條件(註)
- (a)擁有提供法律指引和法庭工作經驗的申請人可獲優先考慮。
- (b)獲取錄者如具備超過規定的認可工作經驗可能得到較高的薪金。
- (c)有全面執業權，但在取得全面執業權後並無一年專業經驗的大律師亦可申請。如獲取錄，入職月薪為49,870元。
