合約農林督察主要職責為(a)協助統籌有關資源以進行自然護理項目/活動；(b)編輯刋物、整理及保存本土植物的記錄和製備相關技術文件；(c)監測及匯報有關植物標本室網頁更新項目的進度；(d)為新網頁預備和轉換不同格式的數據與資料；(e)協助更新植物標本室網頁的內容和植物資料庫的數據與資料；及(f)執行其他相關工作。
職責
The Contract Field Officer is mainly deployed on
- (a)assisting in co-ordinating resources to support conservation projects / activities;
- (b)compiling publications, keeping relevant records of the local flora, and preparing relevant technical documents;
- (c)monitoring and reporting the progress of project for revamping the Herbarium website;
- (d)preparing the data of various formats to be incorporated into the revamped website;
- (e)assisting in making necessary update of the Plant Database System and contents of the website; and
- (f)performing any other relevant duties.
入職條件
申請人必須(a)持有本港理工學院、大學或香港專業教育學院／工業學院／科技學院頒發的自然科學、商業、視覺設計或其他相關學科的文憑或高級證書，或具同等學歷；
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具同等成績；及
- (c)在取得上述資歷後，具相關工作經驗者優先。
The applicant should have
- (a)a diploma or higher certificate in natural science, business, visual design or other related subjects from a Hong Kong polytechnic, university or Institute of Vocational Education / technical college / institute, or equivalent;
- (b)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
- (c)preferably relevant post-qualification working experience.

政府在聘任非公務員時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績。
