助理外勤統計主任主要負責
- (a)向統計調查及人口普查的受訪者收集統計資料；
- (b)解答有關統計調查的查詢，並就提供資料作統計調查及人口普查的事宜向受訪者提供協助；
- (c)保存各統計區的設計圖、記錄及地圖，並按最新情況修訂資料；
- (d)協助訓練兼職統計員及分配有關統計調查及人口普查的統計工作；以及
- (e)協助督導兼職統計員。
註：
職位持有人可能須要不定時工作及／或執行大量訪問職務。

職責
Assistant Census and Survey Officers are mainly deployed on
- (a)collecting statistical information from respondents of surveys and censuses;
- (b)answering enquiries on survey matters and providing assistance to respondents in connection with the supply of information for surveys and censuses;
- (c)updating and maintaining plans, records and maps of survey areas;
- (d)assisting in the training of temporary field officers and allocation of assignments in connection with surveys and censuses; and
- (e)assisting in the supervision of temporary field officers.
Note:
The post-holder may be required to work irregular hours and/or to undertake a substantial amount of interviewing duties.
入職條件
- (a)
- (i)在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第2級或同等[見註(1)]或以上成績[見註(2)]，或具同等學歷；或
- (ii)在香港中學會考五科考獲第2級[見註(3)]／E級或以上成績[見註(2)]，或具同等學歷；及
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級[見註(3)]或以上成績，或具同等成績；及
- (c)操流利粵語及普通話；以及
- (d)思想成熟，能獨立處理工作。
Candidates should :
- (a)
- (i)have Level 2 or equivalent [see Note (1)] or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) [see Note (2)], or equivalent; or
- (ii)have Level 2 [see Note (3)] / Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) [see Note (2)], or equivalent; and
- (b)have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 [see Note (3)] or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent; and
- (c)be fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua; and
- (d)have a mature personality and be able to work independently.
入職條件(註)
- (1)政府在聘任公務員時，香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績，以及其他語言科目C級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績；香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
- (2)有關科目可包括中國語文及英國語文科。
- (3)政府在聘任公務員時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
- (4)為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣，所有公務員職位的招聘，均會包括《基本法》知識的評核。應徵者如獲邀參加遴選面試，會被安排於面試當日參加基本法筆試。筆試會於面試開始前或結束後舉行。應徵者在基本法知識測試的表現，會用作評核其整體表現的其中一個考慮因素。
