職責
協助助理資訊科技主任:
1. 為部門電腦用戶，特別是署長級職員提供現場及遙距支援服務;
2. 負責帶領電腦技術員提供現場支援服務;
3. 提供硬件及軟件的安裝和故障檢修服務；
4. 提供伺服器的管理支援服務，包括檢查伺服器、更新電腦病毒定義、日常備份工作及UPS檢查；
5. 提供Lotus Notes管理支援服務；
6. 提供伺服器中心物流支援服務；
7. 提供資訊科技支援服務；
8. 為最終用戶提供培訓；及
9. 負責簡易程式設計及發展工作。
To assist AITO in -
1. Providing on-site and off-site services support to all users, especially Directorate Officers;
2. Taking up a leader role to guide Computer Technicians during on-site support;
3. Providing hardware and software installation to clients' personal computers and servers and trouble-shooting of hardware and software problems;
4. Providing Server administration support services including server checking, virus definition updating, daily backup and Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) checking;
5. Providing Lotus Notes administration support services including user file configuration duties;
6. Providing logistic support services to the server rooms;
7. Providing backup support for Department's helpdesk service;
8. Providing end-user training to users; and
9. Providing simple programme design and development.
入職條件
(a) 香港中學文憑考試5科成績達第2等級或以上，或具備同等學歷、或香港中學會考5科成績達第2等級或E級或以上，或具備同等學歷；
(b) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科達第2等級或E級或以上，或具備同等成績；
(c) 具有八年電腦設置、安裝、硬件和軟件維修方面的相關工作經驗；
(d) 具有操作和管理Windows、Lotus Notes、MS Office和Active Directory的工作經驗；
(e) 具備良好的顧客服務技巧；
(f) 具有良好的溝通能力；
(g) 持有MCSE證書更佳；
(h) 有在政府工作經驗者更佳。
(註：(a)項所提及的5科成績可包括中國語文科及英國語文科)
(a) Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent; or Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
(b) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent;
(c) 8 years' relevant working experience in computer set up, installation, and hardware and software maintenance;
(d) Working experience in the operation and administration of Windows, Lotus Notes, MS Office and Active Directory environment;
(e) Good customer service skills;
(f) Good communication skills;
(g) Qualifications of MCSE will be an added advantage; and
(h) Working experience in government will be an added advantage.
(Note: The subjects in (a) above may include Chinese Language and English Language)
入職條件(註)
(1)香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績，以及其他語言科目C級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績；香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
(2)有關科目可包括中國語文及英國語文科。
(3)2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
