職責
A Works Supervisor II (Mechanical) is mainly deployed on assisting Works Supervisor I in day to day work supervision, maintaining / repairing and operating machines, investigating mechanical breakdowns and supervising subordinate staff.
入職條件
申請人必須:
- (a)
- (i)持有香港任何一間理工學院╱理工大學、香港專業教育學院或工業學院╱科技學院所頒發的機械工程證書，或同等學歷；或
- (ii)具備最少五年作為機械工程工人的經驗；或
- (iii)圓滿完成機械工程的認可技術員學徒訓練；以及
- (b)具備已達中三程度的中、英文語文能力，或同等學歷。
Candidates should:
- (a)
- (i)have a Certificate in Mechanical Engineering from a Hong Kong polytechnic university/polytechnic, Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or technical institute/college, or equivalent; or
- (ii)have at least five years’ experience as a worker in Mechanical Engineering; or
- (iii)have successfully completed a recognized Technician Apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering; and
- (b)have attained a level of proficiency in Chinese Language and English Language at Form III standard, or equivalent.

為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣，所有公務員職位的招聘，均會包括《基本法》知識的評核。應徵者如獲邀參加遴選面試，會被安排於面試當日參加基本法筆試。筆試會於面試開始前或結束後舉行。應徵者在基本法知識測試的表現，會用作評核其整體表現的其中一個考慮因素。
