職責
合約高級管工主要職責是–
(a) 督導轄下廚師;
(b) 協助擬備餐單;
(c) 確保轄下廚房整潔;
(d) 妥善備存物資存貨;
(e) 銷售預繳餐券,並備存每宗交易的記錄;
(f) 把售出餐券所得的現金定期存入銀行;
(g) 每周檢查需予呈報以作更換的廚具/烹飪用具,並在記錄冊上簽署;以及
(h) 為轄下廚師鑑定與工作有關的安全及健康風險。
〔註:須要(a) 輪班及不定時工作; 以及(b) 在邊界區 (即沙嶺、沙頭角、打鼓嶺、落馬洲等地區) 工作。〕
A Contract Senior Foreman is mainly deployed on –
(a) supervising Cooks under his command;
(b) assisting in drawing up menus;
(c) ensuring cleanliness of kitchens under his control;
(d) keeping a proper stock of supplies;
(e) selling pre-paid meal tickets and keeping records of each transaction;
(f) depositing cash received from the sale of meal tickets to the bank on a regular basis;
(g) checking and signing weekly on the register kitchen wares/cooking utensils that need to be reported for replacement; and
(h) identifying job related safety and health risks of cooks under his command.
(Note : Required to (a) work shifts and irregular hours; and (b) work in Border District, i.e. Sha Ling, Sha Tau Kok, Ta Kwu Ling and Lok Ma Chau.)
入職條件
本職位男女均可申請。申請人必須 –
(a) 修畢小六課程,修讀科目應包括中文及英文;
(b) 能烹調供多人享用的中/西餐,具備五年相關經驗;
(c) 精於設計餐單;
(d) 擅於管理員工和處理帳目事宜;以及
(e) 能說流利廣東話。
〔註:申請人須通過廚藝測試。〕
The post is open to both male and female applicants. Candidates should -
(a) have completed Primary 6 education, the subjects studied should include the Chinese and English languages;
(b) have had five years’ experience in Chinese/ European cooking for large number of people;
(c) have sound knowledge in menu planning;
(d) have knowledge of staff management and accounts matters; and
(e) be able to speak fluent Cantonese.
(Note: Candidates will be required to pass a trade test.)
