總薪級表第 23 點(每月35,930元)至總薪級表第 29 點(每月47,290元)
職責
高級技術主任(錄像製作)的主要職責是(a)錄像劇本及資料搜集撰稿人；(b)統籌主要的內部錄像製作及外判錄像項目；(c)製作和編輯錄像項目；(d)督導一隊錄像製作人員；(e)行政及督導職務；以及(f)訓練初級人員。
(註： 可能須不定時工作，以及在戶外工作。)
A Senior Technical Officer (Video Production) is mainly deployed on (a) working as a research script writer; (b) coordinating major in-house video production and outsourcing video projects; (c) producing and editing video projects; (d) supervising a video production crew; (e) administration and supervision duties; and (f) training of junior officers.
(Note: May be required to work irregular hours and perform outdoor duties.)
入職條件
申請人必須(a)持有本港一所理工學院／理工大學或香港專業教育學院／科技學院／工業學院所頒發的電視、電影、科藝或傳播文憑或高級證書，或具同等學歷；(b)在錄像製作方面，具備4年工作經驗；(c)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級[註(1)]或以上成績，或具同等成績；(d)能以中文和英文溝通；以及(e)通過技能測驗。
Candidates should have (a) a Diploma or Higher Certificate in Television/Film/Technical Arts/Communication from a Hong Kong polytechnic/polytechnic university or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education/technical college/technical institute, or equivalent; (b) 4 years' working experience in video production; (c) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 [see Note (1)] or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; (d) be able to communicate in Chinese and English; and (e) passed a trade test.
入職條件(註)
(1) 政府在聘任公務員時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)E級成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績。
(2) 為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣，所有公務員職位的招聘，均會包括《基本法》知識的評核。申請人如獲邀參加遴選面試，會被安排於面試當日參加基本法筆試。筆試會於面試開始前或結束後舉行。申請人在基本法知識測試的表現，會用作評核其整體表現的其中一個考慮因素。
